Please note that shipping estimates do not include the time required for us to custom-craft your jewelry.

We will replace any item that is defective or is damaged during shipping within 14 days of delivery. All other returns are for store credit only. All returned items must be returned in original condition in its original packaging for replacement. No item will be replaced without an RA number, which you can obtain by contacting us at 718-858-1152 or gabriela@gabrieladelavega.com.
We will not replace any item that has been altered in any way from its original form. If we receive an item that has been altered we will ship it back to the customer at the customer’s expense. If we replace an item we will ship it to our customer free of charge. All purchases of sale items or one-off pieces are final.
